TruFire is a progressive American concept w/ Mediterranean, Italian & Globally inspired dishes, freshly prepared & served in a warm, energetic & social environment. All of our dishes are carefully selected, w/ seasonal updates. Items w/ cult-like followings include the Naked Avocado Salad, Hummus, Latin Fire Pizza & the Spicy Garlic Noodles. We have also passionately developed, a unique Wine program, & specialty cocktails that include FRESH muddled fruits, house prepared sours & syrups.
