Welcome to BEYOND’s Legacy Drive studio, where STRENGTH Training meets Pilates. We offer two different class formats led by our highly certified instructor team at this location: STRENGTH: 30-min and 45-min classes where you will build full-body functional strength and stability through resistance exercises, using dumbbells, kettlebells, and the Pilates chair. BEYOND500: 500 calories in 50 minutes. BEYOND500 gives you strength and resistance exercises + cardio intervals using the Woodway Curve treadmill, Pilates Chair & Kettlebells! All fitness levels welcome. Memberships include classes at our Pilates Reformer studio at 4747 4th Army. We're grateful to have been voted best Pilates program in Plano/Friso the past 7 years.

My Gym was born out of our passion to teach children in a fun, physically engaging environment. We delight in sharing the parents’ excitement in seeing children's eyes light up for all those incredible milestones, from the tentative first steps to tumbling down soft mats. Our goal: To create an environment where children feel loved and supported so their self-esteem and confidence can flourish.
