Dr Welch is fellowship trained and board-certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr Welch specializes in the management of endocrine disorders, including the management of disorders of the thyroid, diabetes mellitus (type 1 and 2 diabetes including insulin pump therapy), pituitary dysfunction, adrenal disorders, hypogonadism, calcium disorders, and metabolic disorders of the bone. He also performs thyroid ultrasounds. Dr Welch has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles on the management of endocrine disorders. Dr Welch and his wife reside in Frisco and have five daughters.

Dr Jeremy D Brown is a board-certified primary care physician at Baylor Scott & White Primary Care at The Star. He completed his internship and residency at Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas, TX after attending medical school at University of North Texas Health Science Center - Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX. He holds a special interest in public health awareness and osteopathic medicine. In his free time, he enjoys music - specifically playing the bass, cycling and running. He is married to his college sweetheart and has two children.

Dr Tran is an Internal Medicine Physician who attended UT Southwestern Medical School and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital. After practicing with the Medical Clinic of North Texas for 14 years, Dr Tran became the Chief Medical Officer for Medical City Plano and Medical City Frisco. Dr Tran is married with one son and a dog. He enjoys traveling, reading and sports. Dr Tran has been named a Best Doctor in Collin County for 2022 by D Magazine.

Dr Gamarnik provides a range of primary services and has clinical interests in preventative health, women's health, sports medicine, diabetes, hypertension, and keeping up with medical advances. She treats the entire family, from age 7 years to older adults. Dr Gamarnik is married with three children. She enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Brian Gladnick is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in joint replacement at Carrell Clinic in Dallas & Frisco, Texas. Dr. Gladnick's clinical interests include the direct anterior (DA) approach total hip replacement, in which he has completed subspecialty training at the Schulthess Klinik in Zürich, Switzerland, in addition to his residency and fellowship experiences. He is also interested in unicompartmental (partial) and total knee replacement, treatment of periprosthetic fractures, and complex revision hip and knee replacement. Dr. Gladnick utilizes advanced technologies, including computer navigation, robotic arm assistance, and intra-operative fluoroscopy, to enhance surgical accuracy and precision in the operating room.
