Welcome to BEYOND’s Legacy Drive studio, where STRENGTH Training meets Pilates. We offer two different class formats led by our highly certified instructor team at this location: STRENGTH: 30-min and 45-min classes where you will build full-body functional strength and stability through resistance exercises, using dumbbells, kettlebells, and the Pilates chair. BEYOND500: 500 calories in 50 minutes. BEYOND500 gives you strength and resistance exercises + cardio intervals using the Woodway Curve treadmill, Pilates Chair & Kettlebells!
