We are Frisco's premier martial arts academy offering age and developmentally appropriate lessons for students ages 4 and up in Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm and the surrounding communities. At Tiger-Rock Martial Arts, our Frisco Legacy martial arts training program combines taekwondo and the latest advances in physical fitness that creates a heart-pounding and high-energy workout. Offered to toddlers, juniors, teens and adults, Tiger-Rock Martial Arts has a unique method of training in taekwondo martial arts that enriches self-esteem, confidence, self-defense, discipline, control, fitness and skills technique in students.
