Simple but sophisticated, they are based on scientific concepts for anyone’s benefit. We follow a strategy of aggressive defense in realistic, scenario-based training, including multiple attackers and all ranges of a fight (standing, ground, weapons). We address avoidance, de-escalation, legal aspects, and the physiology of defending against violence. We also have FUN in a relaxed, learning environment!
